JDI is participating in three projects selected for JICA's 2nd "SME/SDGs Business Support Project" (Supporting SMEs to Expand Overseas).

The JICA Small and Medium Enterprise Overseas Business Support Project "Feasibility Study on the Establishment of an Efficient and Sanitary Waste Compression and Storage System in Bangladesh" (adopted in February 2020), in which JDI participates, has begun. The corporation proposing the study was interviewed by JICA and was also introduced on the JICA website (June 2021).

We have been commissioned to carry out a follow-up survey of the Grassroots Partnership Program (FY2019-2022) and have begun the survey.

We have been commissioned to carry out a "Current Status Survey of Organizations Implementing JICA Fund Utilization Support Projects and Grassroots Technical Cooperation Projects" and have begun the work.

Katahira Engineering International and JDI have jointly received an order for the "Project for Establishing a Clearinghouse for the Integration of Urban Transport Fare Systems in Dhaka, Bangladesh (Phase 2)" and the project has begun.

JDI's participation in the JICA Small and Medium Enterprise Overseas Business Support Project, "Feasibility Study on Establishment of an Optimal Collection, Transportation and Disposal System for Proper Treatment of Medical Waste in Yangon City for Private Sector Outsourcing," has been selected.

JDI's participation in the JICA Small and Medium Enterprise Overseas Expansion Support Project "Feasibility Study on Shrimp Juvenile Production Technology and Support for Aquaculture Farmers in Myanmar" has been selected.

We have been awarded a six-year contract for "Energy Conservation Fund Advisory Services" by Bangladesh Finance Fund Limited (BIFFL).

JDI's participation in the JICA Small and Medium Enterprise Overseas Business Support Project "Survey on Ground Improvement and Flood Control Using Super Well Point Method in Malaysia" has been adopted.
